Beneteau has changed its group structure to a company with a board of directors.
At the last Beneteau general meeting it was decided to separate the roles of chairman and CEO and elect a board of directors with seven members.
Four of these are independent - Catherine Pourre, audit committee chairwoman, Anne Leitzgen, Jérôme de Metz and Sébastien Moynot, representing BPI Investissement.
During its meeting held following the general meeting, the board of directors elected Jérôme de Metz as chairman of the board and Louis Claude Roux as vice-chairman.
Hervé Gastinel has been appointed CEO and Christophe Caudrelier has been appointed as chief operating officer in charge of finance and information systems.
In addition, three observers have been appointed to provide assistance - Christian de Labriffe, Claude Brignon and Luc Dupé.
