James takes on the production manager role
Composite manufacturer Norco has promoted James Luby to the role of production manager.
James joined the company in 2018 as a project engineer having joined from the aerospace industry.
He will be responsible for implementing a ‘continuous improvement’ methodology throughout the business, developing standardised processes and driving process improvement.
“Coming from an aerospace background, James brings a wealth of production knowledge and high-quality standards to our composites centre,” said Mark Northey, Norco MD.
James is taking over from Steve Cox with whom he has previously worked.
